Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to ship my order?
Our current processing time is approximately 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) before your item is taken to the post office and mailed out to you. Sometimes it’s shipped out sooner depending on the volume of orders we have and how large your order is.
If you are unsure about whether your item will arrive in time, it’s always best to let us know when you need it by. From there wee will let you know if the standard shipping that’s included will get your package to you in time!
Sometimes we recommend upgrading your shipping (for an added cost) but you will ultimately make the decision!
I see two quantity fields on the listing. Which one do I choose?
Please select the quantity that has the price associated with it if the listing has more than one quantity field. Be sure to leave the other one (without the price linked to it) at 1.
Does my shipping include a tracking number?
All orders shipped to the 🇺🇸 will have a tracking number. If you’d like the tracking information after you item has been shipped please convo me and I’d be happy to give it to you!
Orders shipping within Canada 🇨🇦 will only have a tracking number if you have upgraded your shipping or your order includes baptism shoes and/or bubble necklace(s). These items are bulkier and in the case of the necklaces, heavier, so the listing already includes the shipping upgrade. All other packages are sent via standard shipping and don’t include tracking.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
99% of packages shipped arrive within the time frame outlined in my shop (I.e. 2-9 business days within Canada and 4-7 business days to the US). Because we are at the mercy of shipping companies to ultimately deliver your order on our behalf, there is always a small risk for delayed or lost packages. Packages going to the US risk getting delayed at customs. It is important for you place your order as early as possible for those reasons. While it doesn’t happen often, there is always a slight chance.

Sizing details
When ordering clothing, shoes or accessories online it’s important to pay attention to the measurements provided in the item descriptions. Please base your size selections on the measurements vs. the suggested sizes by age.
All sales are final due to the custom nature of most of our products. Please be as accurate as possible when selecting sizes!
